In Italia credo ci siano questioni ancora aperte sulla piena identificazione nei principi e nei valori della Costituzione. Occorre un forte moto di patriottismo costituzionale, per il quale credo ci siano le condizioni.

Ha affermato il presidente della Repubblica Napolitano ad Helsinki.

Davvero Napolitano crede che qualcuno non creda nella Costituzione?! Mi chiedo cosa glielo faccia pensare…

Forse Alemanno, La Russa, Ciarrapico o il fatto che si fa scomparire il reato di colpo di stato?

Art. 283
- Attentato contro la costituzione dello Stato -
Chiunque commette un fatto diretto a mutare la costituzione dello Stato, o la forma del Governo, con mezzi non consentiti dall’ordinamento costituzionale dello Stato, è punito con la reclusione non inferiore a dodici anni.

Modifica:
«Chiunque, con atti violenti, commette un fatto diretto e idoneo a mutare la Costituzione dello Stato o la forma di Governo, è punito con la reclusione non inferiore a cinque anni».

Faccio notare l’aggiunta di “con atti violenti”; vuol dire che se io ho raggiunto cariche di potere mi metto a cambiare la costituzione ad esempio, comprando parlamentari, comprando le maggiori testate per avere in mano l’informazione…non sarà reato!!!!!!!! Ma che bravi i nostri politici…

Faccio anche notare che (ovviamente sempre per caso) grazie a questo articolo si era riusciti a processare la P2….

Ma sono proprio sfrontati!

In Italy there are still open matters about the full identification in the princips and in the values of the Constitution. A strong constitutional pratriotic rising is needed and I think the conditions are good.

Does he really believe there are people who don’t believe in the Constitution?! I wonder what leadds him to think it…

Maybe Alemanno, La Russa, Ciarrapico or the fact that the crime of coup is cancelled?

-Assassination attemp against the Constitution of the country-

Whoever commits an act directed at changing the con-stitution of the State, or the form of its government, by means which the constitutional order of the State does not permit, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than twelve years.

Modification:

Whoever commits, with violent acts, a direct and suitable act for changing the con-stitution of the State, or its form of government, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five years.

I want to underline the add of “with violent acts”; it means that if I gain important offices and begin to change the consitution for instance, buying off parliamentarians, buying the most important journals in order to control the information…it won’t be a crime!!! Thanks a bunch to our politicians…

I’d like also to underline that (obviously it’s always by chance) thanks to this article P2 had been put on trial…

I’m sorry I could find only this page in English extracts from the Italian penal code but it doesn’t report any modification…
