Il G8 basta e avanza

Ci tengo a riportare l’avvenimento che sicuramente conoscete meglio di me.

Ieri durante la manifestazione studentesca di piazza navona dei sedicenti studenti di destra hanno tirato fuori mazze e catene dando un tocco violento alla protesta.

La cosa che fa rabbrividire è che se si guardano i video la situazione è un po’ più strana.

La manifestazione si stava svolgendo in maniera del tutto pacifica. Chi la guidava ribadiva più volte la natura assolutamente apartitica della protesta. Sopratutto quando uno studente (…) cinquantenne cercava di fomentare cori antifascisti.

All’improvviso spunta la frangia violenta. Ma ciò che non torna è che questi qui sono arrivati sopra un furgoncino da cui hanno preso le mazze e il resto; non facevano parte della manifestazione.

Infatti in altri video ci sono gli studenti violenti (e se sono davvero studenti è tutta da vedere) che sfasciano indisturbati e la polizia a due passi che li guarda senza farne. Solo in un secondo momento si muoveranno.

Un’altra cosa da notare è che nella parte finale del video chi è ripreso mentre sale sulla camionetta della polizia sono gli studenti del blocco pacifico!!! Ed è chiaro che sono loro perchè in qualche scena precendente stavano rilasciando delle dichiarazioni e vengono interrotti dalla frangia violenta che inizia a creare scompiglio.

E’ tutto documentato è arrivato un camioncino con delle persone organizzate per strumentalizzare la piazza e creare disordine…Il Governo deve recarsi subito in Parlamento e dare spiegazioni…

[il problema è che] qualcuno che comandava, non il singolo poliziotto, ha fatto finta di non vedere e non ha dato disposizioni perché quel camioncino fosse fermato…

Solidarietà alle forze di polizia intese come operatori, ma lì c’è qualcuno che ha detto loro di stare fermi e questo non va bene.

Questo fatto fa paura e non ho davvero parole per concludere. Solo la speranza che venga fatta luce al più presto.

I really would like to report a fact that you surely’d know better than me.Yesterday during a manifestation in Piazza Navona some self-styled-right students used bats and chains adding a touch of violence to the protest.
What makes me chill is that if you watch the videos the situation is somewhat different.
The manifestation was going on pacifically.Who were guiding it repeated many times the completely unaligned nature of the protest. Especially when a fifty-years-old student (…) tried to stir up an antifaschist chorus.
Suddenly the lunatic fringe came out. But what is unclear is that these guys arrived on a track and from it took the bats and the chains; they weren’t part of the manifestation.
Same plot of the G8 in Genova.
In other videos you can see the violent students (and it’s not clear if they are actually students) smashing stuff undisturbed and the police watching at a stone’s throw from them without doing anything. Only after a while they would do something.
Anothing thing that has to be understood is that in the final part of the first video I linked who is filmed getting into the police jeep are the students of the pacific fringe!!! And it’s clear as a few moments ago you can see them speaking with an interviewer and being interrupted from the lunatic fringe starting to create all the mess.
Everything is documented a track came with inside some people organised to exploit the square and create chaos…The government has to go immediately to the Parliament and explain…
[the problem is that]someone who commanded, not the single policeman, pretended not to see and didn’t give orders to stop that track…
Solidarity with police forces seen as workers, but iside them there’s someone who told them to remain still and this is not good.
This is scaring and I’m really speechless. I don’t know how to end up maybe only with the hope that light will be shed on this happening.

Invasione di conigli

C’è senpre un coniglio nuovo che esce dal cilindro…

emergenza rifiuti, emergenza immigrazione, emergenza alitalia e ora emergenza scuola

La cosa bella è che quando l’emergenza nuova scalza la vecchia crediamo (anzi ci fanno credere) che è l’emergenza di prima è risolta…invece non è vero niente!

I rifiuti sono sempre accatastati, gli immigrati sono sempre in situazioni di disagio, alitalia è sempre nella merda e la scuola anche…

Ad esempio l’Alitalia…oggi la Cai dice che la trattativa è chiusa perchè i sindacati non vogliono firmare. Dal canto loro i secondi fanno notare che nell’accordo non è prevista la pensione a chi sta in cassa integrazione per 7 ann. La cai risponde che questo non è oggetto dei contratti….dillo a chi è in cassa integrazione!

Per non parlare di questa riforma della scuola. Non ci si capisce niente. Direi che siamo tutti d’accordo a reintrodurre il voto di condotta e al grembiulino. Ma ci sono altre cose che non ci dicono…i tagli sui precari ad esempio. Molti insegnanti inuversitari sono precari questo vuol dire che ci troverebbe con un buco enorme..e che molti corsi non si potranno più fare. La soluzione di Tremonti è su 10 insegnanti che vanno in pensione, 2 continuano ad insegnare. Fatevi i conti tra due anni quanti insegnanti rimarranno.

Altra cosa, il maestro unico. Il problema si riflette sul tempo pieno dove il testo del ddl non è molto chiaro. Si dice che le lezioni dovranno svolgersi solo nella fascia antemeridiana. Infatti ci dicono del maestro unico ma non ci dicono che la sua introduzione si accompagnerà al taglio di ore…

Ma vediamo la cosapiù importante che non ci dicono:forti tagli agli organi e alla didattica tagliando 87mila posti di lavoro!

Concludo ripetendo una cosa che mi ha detto mia madre ieri, anche lei è un’insegnante precaria d’informatica. Mi ha detto che al di là di quello che c’è scritto dentro, non si può fare una riforma della scuola a colpi di decreti (di cui ho già parlato) e con l’uso smodato della fiducia senza un dibattito parlamentare.

Non c’è peggior sordo di chi non vuol sentire

Ieri aveva detto:

anzi! Guardiamo bene cosa ha detto:

Vorrei dare un avviso ai naviganti molto semplice: non permetteremo che vengano occupate scuole ed università perché l’occupazione di posti pubblici non è una dimostrazione o un’applicazione di libertà, non è un fatto di democrazia: è una violenza nei confronti degli altri studenti, nei confronti delle famiglie, nei confronti delle istituzioni e dello Stato. Convocherò oggi il ministro degli Interni e darò a lui istruzioni dettagliate su come intervenire attraverso le forze dell’ordine per evitare che questo possa succedere

Oggi dice:

Non ho mai detto né pensato che servisse mandare la polizia nelle scuole. I titoli dei giornali che ho potuto scorrere sono lontani dalla realtà. Ho detto invece che chi vuole è liberissimo di manifestare e protestare ma non può imporre a chi non è della sua idea a rinunciare al suo diritto essenziale. Ancora una volta c’è stato un divorzio tra i mezzi di informazione e la realtà.

Ma allora chi ieri ha risposto all’ipotesi di un’intervento delle forze dell’ordine (tra cui la stessa Associazione delle Forze dell’ordine…) si è inventato tutto?! E’stata tutta una montatura?

Ho letto un’affermazione di Anna Finocchiaro a riguardo:

Ad essere divorziato dalla realtà è Berlusconi. Basta guardare le agenzie e il video della conferenza stampa di ieri per vedere che, forse in un eccesso di securitarismo, Berlusconi ha detto che doveva valutare con il ministro dell’Interno Maroni le modalità per inviare le forze dell’ordine al fine di bloccare le manifestazioni e le occupazioni nelle scuole e nelle università. L’ha detto, non siamo noi i bugiardi

But let’s look carefully what he said:

I would like to give a very simple advise to the students: we won’t allowed the occupation of schools and universities as the occupation of public spaces is not a demonstration or application of any liberty, it has nothing to deal with democracy. It’s an act of violence towards the other students, towards families, towards institutions and the state. I will call together today the inner minister, Maroni and I’ll give him detailed information about interventions through police forces in order to avoid that this might happen

Today he says:

I’ve never said nor thought that sending the police inside schools would be useful. Newspapers headings I could scan are far from reality. On the contrary I said that those who want to manifest and protest are utterly free to do so but they can’t force those who don’t agree to renounce to their essential right. There has been another time a divorce between mass media and reality

So who answered back to the hypothesis of police forces interventions (among them the Association of Police Forces…) has invented eveything?! Was it all a frame up?

I read a statement of Anna Finocchiaro regarding this matter:

Berlusconi is indeed divorced from reality. It’s worth looking to the agencies and the conference video to understand that maybe with an excess of self confindence, Berlusconi said that he should examine with the inner minister Maroni the modalities in order to send police froces to stop manifestations and occupations in schools and universities. He siad that, we are not those lying

Non c’è limite al peggio

Abbiamo visto che scendere in piazza non è considerata una soluzione. Ma oggi si scende  più nello specifico.

Come “non permetteremo”?! E’ un diritto tutelato dalla costituzione italiana… sono sempre più rassegnata. ma cosa sta succedendo?

L’affermazione del premier ha attirato l’attenzione pure dell’ Associazione delle forze dell’ordine:

[il nostro compito] è tutelare la sicurezza pubblica garantendo a chi manifesta la libertà di riunirsi per esprimere pacificamente il dissenso

E in effetti la Costituizione recita:

Art. 17.

I cittadini hanno diritto di riunirsi pacificamente e senz’armi.

Per le riunioni, anche in luogo aperto al pubblico, non è richiesto preavviso.

Delle riunioni in luogo pubblico deve essere dato preavviso alle autorità, che possono vietarle soltanto per comprovati motivi di sicurezza o di incolumità pubblica.

Art. 18.

I cittadini hanno diritto di associarsi liberamente, senza autorizzazione, per fini che non sono vietati ai singoli dalla legge penale.

Sono proibite le associazioni segrete e quelle che perseguono, anche indirettamente, scopi politici mediante organizzazioni di carattere militare.

Anche il sindaco di Roma Alemanno ha affermato che :

Nessuno può negare agli studenti il diritto a manifestare

Purtroppo Alemanno ha molti problemi anche a Roma dove è stato vittima di striscione razzisti da parte del movimento di estrema destra, Militia, che negli ultimi giorni ne aveva affissi altri contro Renato Schifani, presidente del Senato e contro gli immigrati

Forse è per questo che l’Italia è precipatata al 44 posto nel rapporto sulla libertà di stampa pubblicato da Reporters sans Frontieres!

“We won’t allow”? This is a right present in the Italian Constitution…I’m more more unhopeful, what is going on?

The statement of Berlusconi drew the attention of the Association of Law Enforcement Agencies:

[our duty] is to safeguard the public security while guaranteing demonstrators the liberty to group together to express peacefully their dissent.

The Constitution states indeed:

Article 17 [Right of Assembly]

(1) All citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and unarmed.
(2) For meetings, including those held in places to which the general public has access, no previous notice is required.
(3) For meetings held in public places previous notice must be given to the authorities, who may prohibit them only on the ground of proven risks to security or public safety.

Article 18 [Freedom of Association]

(1) Citizens have the right freely and without authorization to form associations for those aims not forbidden by criminal law.
(2) Secret associations and associations pursuing political aims by military organization, even if only indirectly, are forbidden.

Rome mayor too claimed that:

No one can refuse the right to manifest to the students

Unfortunately Alemanno has many problems in Rome too. Today the extreme right movement, Militia, hung some racist banners against him. In the last few days the same movement has hanged some others banners against the president of the Senate, Renato Schifani and against immigrants.

Maybe it’s for this reason that Italy has fallen at the 44 place in the dispatch about press freedom of Reporters sans Frontiers!

Resta la rassegnazione

Non è andando in piazza a manifestare contro chi vuole fare le riforme che si risolvono i problemi del Paese. L’Italia possiamo salvarla solo noi e non andando in piazza o in tv a farneticare. Berlusconi

In effetti sarebbe più comodo se tutti stessero in silenzio. Come si può lavorare con serietà se c’è chi fa sempre casino?? Proprio non si può!

I problemi si risolvono  così: se hai vinto le elezioni puoi parlare, altrimenti ogni tua parola, ogni tua opinione non conta niente! Accidenti, ce lo dimentichiamo sempre!

Ma se non si può esprimere la propria opinione, cosa resta?

Per cosa hanno lottato i nostri nonni?

Da mani pulite a mani bucate

Dimmi te se per sapere certe cose dobbiamo avere il culo che un programma (Report) si sbatta per rendere pubblico ciò che nessuno ci dice…

Nel pacchetto-salvaAlitalia era stato inserito un bell’emendamento che in mezzo a tutto quel marasma rischiava di passare inosservato. Ma certo è l’ennesima svista, assolutamente niente di premeditato…

L’emendamento prevede:

non perseguibilità per i grandi dissesti finanziari, a meno di fallimento delle società coinvolte.

Questo risolve tutti i problemi…

i problemi dei protagonisti dei crack Parmalat e Cirio. Dove ovviamente chi ci ha rimesso era sempre la gente comune.

Un po’ come è successo per Alitalia. Siamo tutti contenti senza sapere di averla presa per l’ennesima volta dove non batte il sole. Già…

Ci dicono che l’ha comprata Cai…in realtà Cai ha comprato solo la parte in attivo di Alitalia. E la parte di debiti?! Chi se la cucca?! Ma è ovvio! Lo stato, quindi noi!

Ricordo che AirFrance la voleva comprare TUTTA, debiti inclusi.

Ma quand’è che si apriranno gli armadi dei ari amministratori che hanno portato Alitalia a questo punto?! Per fortuna che non è passato l’emendamento…

Comunque per chi non conoscesse il nostro buon samaritano:

nel caso di Roberto Colaninno, Steno Marcegaglia ed Ettore Lonati ex consiglieri della Bam, condannati a 4 anni e un mese per il reato di bancarotta preferenziale. Tutti e tre sono stati interdetti dai pubblici uffici per cinque anni. Beneficeranno però dell’indulto, con il condono di tre anni di pena.

Un bel biglietto da visita no??

Come al solito chi sborsa chi rimane senza lavora chi va in cassa integrazione siamo sempre noi! Ma quando lo capiremo che fanno solo i loro interessi…più chiaro di così…sono sempre i soliti nomi che girano!

Like with Alitalia. We’re all bubbling with joy totally unaware of having been cheated another time.

They tell us Cai has bought Alitalia …actually Cai bought the in-the-black part of Alitalia. And the debts part?! Of course on the state’s shoulder, so on our shoulders!

Remember that Air France would have bought all Alitalia, including debts.

When will the errors of the various managers in Alitalia revealed?! Fortunately the amendment hasn’t passed!

By the way, for those who don’t know our good Samaritan:

In the case of Roberto Colaninno, Steno Marcegaglia and Ettore Lonati former board members of the Bam, condemned to 4 years and 1 month for the crime of preferential bankruptcy. All three have been deprived of their offices for 5 years. Notwithstanding they will benefit of the pardon law, with the three-years remission.

Consigliere regionale del Pd in Liguria. Parliamo di Fabio Broglia (e già il cognome non promette bene…), protagonista di tre vicende strabilianti per la loro sfacciataggine…

1) Sua madre è portatrice di handicap per questo ha giustamente diritto ad un pass per disabili per il parcheggio. Però forse il suv di Broglia era un po’ invidioso dell’utiliaria della mamma…presto fatto: facciamo una bella fotocopia del pass e la piazziamo anche sul suv! Così sono tutti contenti. Poco male se rubiamo un parcheggio a chi ne ha davvero bisogno!

2) Ha dichiarato come sua residenza Casale Monferrato (Piemonte) ma in realtà vive a Sestri Levante (Liguria). A Casale gli stessi abitanti sostengono:

Praticamente ha un ufficio ma viene giù raramente, lo utilizza poco, è solo un ufficio, dovrebbe avere qualcosa al mare. Lì ha sempre questo ufficio perché lo usa ogni tanto quando viene a Casale. Lui abita al mare. Non è la sua abitazione, l’abitazione non so dove l’abbia. È sempre fuori Casale. Questo qui è solo ufficio

Ma perchè tutto questo rigiro? Facile, la sua diaria aumenta di più di mille euro. Cos’è una diaria? Si può definire un rimborso spese, ad esempio per i consiglieri che vivono più lontano perchè hanno più spese di trasporto.

Andate sul link del sito della Regione Liguria; non c’è mica scritto che vive a Casale…

3) E’ stato nella costituente del Partito Democratico ma in Regione è capogruppo del gruppo misto. Cosa comporta ciò? Beh un aumento di stipendio…

SCANDALO! Poi si chiedono perchè la gente ha sempre meno fiducia nella politica…

1) His mother is an handicapped person therefore he certainly deserves a pass for handicapped people for parking. Perhaps his SUV was a bit envious of his mother’s car…easy done: let’s photocopy it and put it on the SUV too! So everyone is satisfied. It doesn’t matter if we stole a parking to those who really need it!

2) He claimed his place of residence is Casale Monferrato (Piemonte) but actually he lives in Sestri Levante (Liguria). In Casale inhabitants say:

He has an office here ma he comes rarely, he doesn’t use it that much, it’s only an office, he ought to have something at the sea. Here he’s always this office as he uses it sometime when he comes to Casale. He lives at the sea. This isn’t its place of residence, I don’t know where he has it. He’s always outside Casale. This is only his office.

For what reason all this trick? Easy, his allowance increases more than one thousand euro. What’s an allowance? A reimbursement for expenses, for instance for councilmen living far because they’ve more transport expenses.

3) He was active in establishing the Pd (Democratic Party) in Liguria but in the Region he’s group leader of the mixed group. What does this mean? Well, a pay raise.

SCANDAL! And they keep on asking themselves why people trust politics less and less…

Poi mi sono fatta spiegare da un mio amico che ha dato degli esami a riguardo.

A lezione il professore aveva spiegato che i decreti legge sono molto utili, come dice la definizione, in caso d’urgenza (ad esempio calamità naturali). Si ha bisogno di una soluzione veloce per un problema contingente e infatti, decede dopo un tot di tempo. Il professore aggiungeva anche che bisognava diffidare di chi proponeva troppi decreti legge.

Perchè?  Primo perchè è impossibile trovarsi in situazioni d’ emergenza a catena. O forse solo se vieni attaccato al contempo il tuo paese è devastato da carestie che poi si trasformano in incendi e così via… Secondo perchè vista l’impossibilità del primo punto i decreti legge si rivelano utili per chi ha bisogno di una legge immediata e sa che passando per la procedura normale ci vorrebbe troppo tempo ma sopratutto si è consapevoli che probabilmente non verrà accettata!

The law decree (aka d.l.) is a normative act with law force, used from the government in extraordinary cases of necessity and urgency, according to the provision of Art. 77 of the Constitution of the Italian Republic.

The d.l. is a temporary measure with law force coming immediately in force, the same day (or the following one) of the publication of the Official Gazette.By the way, if it isn’t turn into law from the Parliament within 60 days from its publication, it lapses retroactivel (ex tunc)

Then a friend of mine explained me the situation.

During a class the professor explained that law decrees are very useful, as the definition says, in urgency situation (for instance natural disasters). You need a quick solution to a contingent problem and it expires after a determined time. The professor added also that one should distrust those who use too many law decrees.

Why? Firstly because it’s impossible that being stuck in emergency situation in a chain. Or maybe only if your country has been attacked and struck by famine and afterwards by fires and so on… Secondly because see the impossibility of the first point, law decrees are also useful for those who need an immediate law, aware of the fact that with the normal procedure the time would be too long and mainly because they know such law wouldn’t be approved.
