Luigi Mazzella invita a Cena Silvio Berlusconi, presidente del consiglio, Angelino Alfano, ministro della giustizia, e Paolo Maria Napolitano.

Ma chi sono Luigi Mazzella e Paolo Maria Napolitano? Sono i due giudici della Corte Costituzionale che devono pronunciarsi sul Lodo Alfano, accusato di essere incostituzionale.

Il ministro per le relazioni con il Parlamento Elio Vito rassicura affermando che la cena non ha avuto come tema il lodo Alfano ma era solo un invito tra amici di vecchia data.

La risposta di Di Pietro è dura; chiede le dimissioni di Alfano e in particolare dei due giudici. Secondo la sua opinione la credibilità della Corte è compromessa e non si potrà sapere se la decisione che prenderanno sul lodo sarà o meno dovuta alla “cena carbonara e piduista”.

Probabilmente faranno più scandalo le affermazioni di Di Pietro che i siparietti incresciosi che stanno mandando a bagno l’Italia. Che credibilità può avere ancora questo governo?

Who are Luigi Mazzella and Paolo Maria Napolitano? They are judges of the constitutional court, who have to pronounce in favour or against the Alfano award. This law has been accused of being unconstitutional.

Elio Vito, minister fot the relationship with Parliament, assures that it has been just a long-standing friends dinner.

Di Pietro answers harshly asking for Alfano resignation but he is mainly angry with the two judgers. Because of their actions the Court is more reliable. Moreover one will never know wether the decision they’ll make on Alfano award is due to the “carbonari and P2-like dinner”.

What Di piero said will probably more shocking than these unregrettable sketches which are ruining Italy. Can we still rely on such a government?

Una bella panciata di risate

Il legale inglese David Mills è stato condannato a 4 anni e sei mesi per corruzione in atti giudiziari: avrebbe testimoniato il falso in due procedimenti penali a carico di Silvio Berlusconi dopo aver intascato una tangente di circa 600.00o dollari.

Mills era rimasto l’unico imputato….lo so non si sarà corrotto da solo, ma vi ricordate?? Impunità per più alte cariche dello Stato! Troppo bello!

E questa è un’altra news! Questa anche è proprio bella!

Festeggiando la vittoria in Sardegna, il premier ha dilettato gli astanti con le sue barzellette mai sopra le righe:

Li portavano sull’aereo poi dicevano: è una bella giornata, andate fuori un po’ a giocare

Da sbellicarsi! Se non vi viene in mente a cosa si riferiva ve lo dico io! Dopo un golpe,  l’Argentina rimase sotto un regime militare dal 1976 al 1983. Gli oppositori politici scomparvero letteralmente; i desaparecidos erano proprio giovani che protestavo contro le torture, la mancanza di libertà insomma contro il regime.

I dissidenti venivano imprigionati e torturati poi gli si diceva che sarebbero stati trasferiti in un altra prigione. Li drogavano, li spogliavano, li mettevano su aereo e poi li buttavano nell’oceano. La droga che veniva loro somministrata serviva solo a renderli incosciente, non a ucciderli; in questo modo “i più fortunati” venivano lanciati dall’aereo ancora in stato di incoscienza, gli altri invece si erano già risvegliati…

The English lawyer David Mills has been sentenced to 4 years and 6 months for corruption in judicial acts: he bore false witness in two penal proceedings dependent on Silvio Berlusconi after having pocketted a 6 hundred thousand bribe.

Mills was the only defendant…I know it’s quite impossible he paid himself a bribe, but do you remember?? Impunity for the highest offices of the State! Amazing, isn’t it?

And this another good one!

While celebrating his victory in Sardinia, Berlusconi pleased his onlookers with his never-excessive jokes:

Real fun! If you don’t catch what he was referring to I’ll tell you! After a golpe, Argetina was kept under militar regime since 1976 till 1983. Political opponents simply disappeared; desaparecidos are young people protesting against torture, freedom absence, in a word against the regime.

Dissidenters were imprisoned, tortured and then told they would have been moved to another prison. They were drugged, undressed, taken on an aeroplane and thrown in the ocean. Drugs helped only to keep prisoners unconscious not to kill them.  Indeed “the luckiest” among them were still uncoscious when thrown out of the aeroplane, the others came already around…

Senza ritegno

Che dire sull’aumento dal 10 al 20%  delle aliquote sulle tv a pagamento??

Facciamo un passo alla volta. Questa norma è stata inserita nel decreto anti-crisi (oh guarda un po’ un altro decreto…) appena varato.

Partono le accuse dall’opposizione. La norma porterebbe alla luce per l’ennesima volta il conflitto d’interessi del premier e l’incapacità di conciliare il ruolo di primo ministro con quello di proprietario di televisioni. Inoltre basterebbe leggere la norma

per rendersi conto che raddoppia gli oneri fiscali per un concorrente. D’Alema

Guardiamo più nel dettaglio.

Il decreto si chiama anti-crisi. Ma qualcosa stride (di nuovo!); per contrastare una crisi come questa bisognerebbe aumentare il potere d’acquisto dei cittadini. Detta in soldoni bisognerebbe mettere le persone in condizione di poter spendere di più, per poter riattivare il mercato. Infatti, in molti paesi, come la Gran Bretagna, si è deciso di abbassare l’Iva.

Aumentare l’Iva (e soprattutto aumentarla così tanto, ricordo dal 10% al 20%) porta ad una serie di problemi. Intanto per l’impresa stessa che si trova a dover fronteggiare più spese con un conseguente rischio di dover lincenziare del personale. Inoltre (e qui sta l’inghippo) tale norma si traduce in un aumento delle tasse per chi ha scelto Sky. Quindi, come sempre succede in questi casi, se ti abbasso le tasse ti aumenterò qualcos’altro senza che tu te ne accorga.

Ma la maggioranza si difende. In un momento di crisi come questo è giusto che tutti facciano la loro parte, quindi Sky non si dovrebbe lamentare. Anche perchè la stessa Mediaset sarebbe danneggiata dalla norma visto che sta iniziando un programma di tv su abbonamento.

In questo caso allora non sarebbe vero che questa norma è in realtà un modo per affossare un concorrente di Mediaset, ergo di Berlusconi. Ma è davvero così?

No, non lo è. La norma infatti, va a toccare le tv via satellite e via cavo. E come ha detto lo stesso Berlusconi:

Questo dimostra che la sinistra si è inventata il conflitto di interessi, oltretutto Mediaset non è concorrente di Sky che va sul satellite e ha altre regole

Mediaset dovrà pagare una quota minima riguardante i canali ad abbonamento; perciò, Mediaset è sì coinvolta ma in maniera ridicola.

Riassunto: chi se la prende in quel posto…i cittadini!! Ma che noia…questo finale ormai è scontato!

C’è ancora qualcuno che non crede nel conflitto d’interessi?

Opposition accuses rain down. The regulation would bring to light Berlusconi’s conflict of interest and his incapability in conciliating his prime minister role and his TVs owner role. Moreover reading the regulation is enough

In order to understand it doubles fiscal burdens for his concurrent [Sky] D’Alema

Let’s go deeper in the matter.

The decree is called anti-crisis. But something jangles (again!). In order to fight a crisis like this one should increase the citizens purchasing power. Crudely speaking, people should be enabled to spend more, in order to reactivate the market. In a lot of countries, like Great Britain, Iva has been decreased.

Increasing Iva (and increasing it so much, from 10% to 20%), leads to a series of problems. First of all for the company itself who has to face more expenses with a consequent risk of firing employees. Moreover (and here’s the trick), such regulation becomes a tax increase for those who chose Sky. As it always happens in these situations, if I decrease taxes, I’ll increase something else hoping you won’t notice it.

But majority defends itself. In such a crisis it’s normal that everyone does his share, therefore Karen shouldn’t complain. Mediaset itself (TV owned by Berlusconi) will be damaged by the regulation as a television licence program has been started.

Then it wouldn’t be true this regulation is actually a way to sink a Mediaset, ergo Berlusconi concurrent. Is it really like this?

No, it isn’t. The regulation touches satellite television and cable TV. And as Berlusconi himself claimed:

This demonstrates that link side invented the conflict of interest, Mediaset isn’t a concurrent of Sky, why is a satellite TV and has therefore other rules.

Mediaset will pay a small amount regarding television licence. It is surely touched by the regulation but only slightly.

Summing up: who has been screwed over?? Citizens!! How boring…this end goes almost without saying!

Is there still anyone believing the conflict of interest doesn’t exist??

La matematica non è un’opinione. La storia invece sì??

Poco importa se con mani pulite si sono scoperti i vari finanziamenti illeciti ai partiti in cambio dei soliti “favori”…pensate che l’elenco degli implicati in parlamento era così lungo che venne varato un decreto legge, conosciuto anche come il colpo di spugna perchè depenalizzava il finanziamento illecito ai partiti…

Cosa già sentite…se sei colpevole di un qualche reato non devi pagare il tuo debito con la giustizia…facciamo così, diciamo che il reato commesso non è più reato e così sei tecnicamente innocente…

Le vecchie abitudini son dure a morire…

Things already heard about…if you guilty of any crime you don’t have to pay your debt to justice…let’s do like this we say that the committed crime is no longer a crime therefore you are technically innocent..

Il senatore del Pdl Dell’Utri afferma che bisogna cambiare il layout della Rai: troppo tetro:

Io guardo il Tg3 e vedo che ci sono degli anchorman che hanno già una faccia un po’ gotica, un po’ dark.

Ennesimo attacco quindi…chi se ne importa se i telegiornali non vi raccontano la verità, ci infiliamo una bella faccetta così distogliamo pian piano l’interesse dalle notizie.

Un gruppo di destra fa irruzione negli studi di Chi l’ha visto, che aveva fatto un servizio sugli scontri a piazza navona. Non c’è che dire, in Italia si respira davvero un bel clima!

Intanto in America vince Obama. Nel suo discorso assicura che il cambiamento è arrivato. Speriamo… Di certo il nuovo presidente statunitense potrà trovare un grande amico  in Silvio Berlusconi che dice:

Consigli gliene posso dare perché sono più anziano, lo farò quando lo abbraccerò di persona.

Ma da noi un cambiamento non arriva mai??

A right group bursted into the studios of the show Chi l’ha visto which spoke about what happened in piazza navona a few days ago. In Italy there’s really a good feeling in the air!

In the meantime Obama wins. In his speech he ensures the change has arrived. Hopefully…But he can surely find a true friend in Silvio Berlusconi saying:

I can advise him because I’m older, I’ll do it when I’ll embrace him personally

But when will arrive the change in Italy??

Non c’è peggior sordo di chi non vuol sentire

Ieri aveva detto:

Non permetteremo l’occupazione delle scuole e dell’università. Oggi convocherò il ministro Maroni per studiare con lui gli interventi delle forze dell’ordine. Berlusconi

anzi! Guardiamo bene cosa ha detto:

Vorrei dare un avviso ai naviganti molto semplice: non permetteremo che vengano occupate scuole ed università perché l’occupazione di posti pubblici non è una dimostrazione o un’applicazione di libertà, non è un fatto di democrazia: è una violenza nei confronti degli altri studenti, nei confronti delle famiglie, nei confronti delle istituzioni e dello Stato. Convocherò oggi il ministro degli Interni e darò a lui istruzioni dettagliate su come intervenire attraverso le forze dell’ordine per evitare che questo possa succedere

Oggi dice:

Non ho mai detto né pensato che servisse mandare la polizia nelle scuole. I titoli dei giornali che ho potuto scorrere sono lontani dalla realtà. Ho detto invece che chi vuole è liberissimo di manifestare e protestare ma non può imporre a chi non è della sua idea a rinunciare al suo diritto essenziale. Ancora una volta c’è stato un divorzio tra i mezzi di informazione e la realtà.

Ma allora chi ieri ha risposto all’ipotesi di un’intervento delle forze dell’ordine (tra cui la stessa Associazione delle Forze dell’ordine…) si è inventato tutto?! E’stata tutta una montatura?

Ho letto un’affermazione di Anna Finocchiaro a riguardo:

Ad essere divorziato dalla realtà è Berlusconi. Basta guardare le agenzie e il video della conferenza stampa di ieri per vedere che, forse in un eccesso di securitarismo, Berlusconi ha detto che doveva valutare con il ministro dell’Interno Maroni le modalità per inviare le forze dell’ordine al fine di bloccare le manifestazioni e le occupazioni nelle scuole e nelle università. L’ha detto, non siamo noi i bugiardi

But let’s look carefully what he said:

I would like to give a very simple advise to the students: we won’t allowed the occupation of schools and universities as the occupation of public spaces is not a demonstration or application of any liberty, it has nothing to deal with democracy. It’s an act of violence towards the other students, towards families, towards institutions and the state. I will call together today the inner minister, Maroni and I’ll give him detailed information about interventions through police forces in order to avoid that this might happen

Today he says:

I’ve never said nor thought that sending the police inside schools would be useful. Newspapers headings I could scan are far from reality. On the contrary I said that those who want to manifest and protest are utterly free to do so but they can’t force those who don’t agree to renounce to their essential right. There has been another time a divorce between mass media and reality

So who answered back to the hypothesis of police forces interventions (among them the Association of Police Forces…) has invented eveything?! Was it all a frame up?

I read a statement of Anna Finocchiaro regarding this matter:

Berlusconi is indeed divorced from reality. It’s worth looking to the agencies and the conference video to understand that maybe with an excess of self confindence, Berlusconi said that he should examine with the inner minister Maroni the modalities in order to send police froces to stop manifestations and occupations in schools and universities. He siad that, we are not those lying

Non c’è limite al peggio

Abbiamo visto che scendere in piazza non è considerata una soluzione. Ma oggi si scende  più nello specifico.

Non permetteremo l’occupazione delle scuole e dell’università. Oggi convocherò il ministro Maroni per studiare con lui gli interventi delle forze dell’ordine. Berlusconi

Come “non permetteremo”?! E’ un diritto tutelato dalla costituzione italiana… sono sempre più rassegnata. ma cosa sta succedendo?

L’affermazione del premier ha attirato l’attenzione pure dell’ Associazione delle forze dell’ordine:

[il nostro compito] è tutelare la sicurezza pubblica garantendo a chi manifesta la libertà di riunirsi per esprimere pacificamente il dissenso

E in effetti la Costituizione recita:

Art. 17.

I cittadini hanno diritto di riunirsi pacificamente e senz’armi.

Per le riunioni, anche in luogo aperto al pubblico, non è richiesto preavviso.

Delle riunioni in luogo pubblico deve essere dato preavviso alle autorità, che possono vietarle soltanto per comprovati motivi di sicurezza o di incolumità pubblica.

Art. 18.

I cittadini hanno diritto di associarsi liberamente, senza autorizzazione, per fini che non sono vietati ai singoli dalla legge penale.

Sono proibite le associazioni segrete e quelle che perseguono, anche indirettamente, scopi politici mediante organizzazioni di carattere militare.

Anche il sindaco di Roma Alemanno ha affermato che :

Nessuno può negare agli studenti il diritto a manifestare

Purtroppo Alemanno ha molti problemi anche a Roma dove è stato vittima di striscione razzisti da parte del movimento di estrema destra, Militia, che negli ultimi giorni ne aveva affissi altri contro Renato Schifani, presidente del Senato e contro gli immigrati

Forse è per questo che l’Italia è precipatata al 44 posto nel rapporto sulla libertà di stampa pubblicato da Reporters sans Frontieres!

“We won’t allow”? This is a right present in the Italian Constitution…I’m more more unhopeful, what is going on?

The statement of Berlusconi drew the attention of the Association of Law Enforcement Agencies:

[our duty] is to safeguard the public security while guaranteing demonstrators the liberty to group together to express peacefully their dissent.

The Constitution states indeed:

Article 17 [Right of Assembly]

(1) All citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and unarmed.
(2) For meetings, including those held in places to which the general public has access, no previous notice is required.
(3) For meetings held in public places previous notice must be given to the authorities, who may prohibit them only on the ground of proven risks to security or public safety.

Article 18 [Freedom of Association]

(1) Citizens have the right freely and without authorization to form associations for those aims not forbidden by criminal law.
(2) Secret associations and associations pursuing political aims by military organization, even if only indirectly, are forbidden.

Rome mayor too claimed that:

No one can refuse the right to manifest to the students

Unfortunately Alemanno has many problems in Rome too. Today the extreme right movement, Militia, hung some racist banners against him. In the last few days the same movement has hanged some others banners against the president of the Senate, Renato Schifani and against immigrants.

Maybe it’s for this reason that Italy has fallen at the 44 place in the dispatch about press freedom of Reporters sans Frontiers!

Resta la rassegnazione

Non è andando in piazza a manifestare contro chi vuole fare le riforme che si risolvono i problemi del Paese. L’Italia possiamo salvarla solo noi e non andando in piazza o in tv a farneticare. Berlusconi

In effetti sarebbe più comodo se tutti stessero in silenzio. Come si può lavorare con serietà se c’è chi fa sempre casino?? Proprio non si può!

I problemi si risolvono  così: se hai vinto le elezioni puoi parlare, altrimenti ogni tua parola, ogni tua opinione non conta niente! Accidenti, ce lo dimentichiamo sempre!

Ma se non si può esprimere la propria opinione, cosa resta?

Per cosa hanno lottato i nostri nonni?
