Rispetto, almeno della persona

Oggi a Bergamo su un autobus un controllore ha costretto un immigrato a spogliarsi completamente perchè sospettato di furto…

La Lega propone di bloccare per due anni i flussi migratori e di far pagare agli immigrati clandestini le spese mediche, di pronto soccorso!

Beh, se io fossi un’ immigrata sarei la prima a non scegliere un paese razzista come destinazione. Ma è anche vero che nessuno di noi (spero per voi…) ha mai sperimentato davvero la miseria, la fame, la povertà. Se pensassimo un po’ di più a quanto siamo fortunati, forse non ci permetteremmo di trattare altri esseri umani con così poco rispetto.

Forse dovremmo solo ricordarci che ormai si sa che tutti noi, da qualsiasi parte del mondo veniamo, abbiamo lo stesso identico codice genetico.

Non esistono tante razze, ne esiste una: la razza umana.

Well, if I’d be an immigrant I wouldn’t choose a racist country as destination. But it’s also true that none of us (I hope for you…) has deeply sperimented poverty, famine. If we’d think a little more about how much we are lucky, maybe we won’t allow ourselves to treat other human beings with such a disrespect.

Maybe we should just only remember that we all have the same identical genetic code, regardless of the place you come from.

There aren’t many races, there’s only one: the human race.

Non c’è limite al peggio

Abbiamo visto che scendere in piazza non è considerata una soluzione. Ma oggi si scende  più nello specifico.

Non permetteremo l’occupazione delle scuole e dell’università. Oggi convocherò il ministro Maroni per studiare con lui gli interventi delle forze dell’ordine. Berlusconi

Come “non permetteremo”?! E’ un diritto tutelato dalla costituzione italiana… sono sempre più rassegnata. ma cosa sta succedendo?

L’affermazione del premier ha attirato l’attenzione pure dell’ Associazione delle forze dell’ordine:

[il nostro compito] è tutelare la sicurezza pubblica garantendo a chi manifesta la libertà di riunirsi per esprimere pacificamente il dissenso

E in effetti la Costituizione recita:

Art. 17.

I cittadini hanno diritto di riunirsi pacificamente e senz’armi.

Per le riunioni, anche in luogo aperto al pubblico, non è richiesto preavviso.

Delle riunioni in luogo pubblico deve essere dato preavviso alle autorità, che possono vietarle soltanto per comprovati motivi di sicurezza o di incolumità pubblica.

Art. 18.

I cittadini hanno diritto di associarsi liberamente, senza autorizzazione, per fini che non sono vietati ai singoli dalla legge penale.

Sono proibite le associazioni segrete e quelle che perseguono, anche indirettamente, scopi politici mediante organizzazioni di carattere militare.

Anche il sindaco di Roma Alemanno ha affermato che :

Nessuno può negare agli studenti il diritto a manifestare

Purtroppo Alemanno ha molti problemi anche a Roma dove è stato vittima di striscione razzisti da parte del movimento di estrema destra, Militia, che negli ultimi giorni ne aveva affissi altri contro Renato Schifani, presidente del Senato e contro gli immigrati

Forse è per questo che l’Italia è precipatata al 44 posto nel rapporto sulla libertà di stampa pubblicato da Reporters sans Frontieres!

“We won’t allow”? This is a right present in the Italian Constitution…I’m more more unhopeful, what is going on?

The statement of Berlusconi drew the attention of the Association of Law Enforcement Agencies:

[our duty] is to safeguard the public security while guaranteing demonstrators the liberty to group together to express peacefully their dissent.

The Constitution states indeed:

Article 17 [Right of Assembly]

(1) All citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and unarmed.
(2) For meetings, including those held in places to which the general public has access, no previous notice is required.
(3) For meetings held in public places previous notice must be given to the authorities, who may prohibit them only on the ground of proven risks to security or public safety.

Article 18 [Freedom of Association]

(1) Citizens have the right freely and without authorization to form associations for those aims not forbidden by criminal law.
(2) Secret associations and associations pursuing political aims by military organization, even if only indirectly, are forbidden.

Rome mayor too claimed that:

No one can refuse the right to manifest to the students

Unfortunately Alemanno has many problems in Rome too. Today the extreme right movement, Militia, hung some racist banners against him. In the last few days the same movement has hanged some others banners against the president of the Senate, Renato Schifani and against immigrants.

(on the banner it’s written: “Alemanno: infamous and Zionist excrement”)

Maybe it’s for this reason that Italy has fallen at the 44 place in the dispatch about press freedom of Reporters sans Frontiers!

Ma magari ci svegliassimo!

Ieri ho letto sul City che a Napoli durante una manifestazione antirazzismo una folla di rispettabili cittadini ha colpito gli extracomunitari della zona…anche un giornalista c’è finito in mezzo ed è stato preso a calci e pugni dai residenti…

Oggi leggo che a Parma un giovane accusa i carabinieri di averlo picchiato a sangue ed insultato. L’avevano scambiato per un pusher. Sul fascicolo che lo riguardava avrebbero scritto “Emmanuel [il nome del ragazzo] negro”.

Sdegnati da comportamenti di tale bassezza?! Non meravigliatevi, perchè ce lo siamo cercato. Cosa ci si poteva aspettare da Maroni? E da un partito che per la campagna elettorale usa questi manifesti:

Luoghi comuni a iosa, mancanza di rispetto e ignoranza!

Sì, signori e signore, l’Italia non è mai stata così sicura!

Per chi non è straniero forse…

Yesterday I read in the “City” (one of those newspapers you can get for free in the streets) that during an antiracism manifestation a crowd of respectable citizens hit the immigrants living in the area…a journalist has been beaten too by the residents…

Today I read that in Parma a boy accused the Carabinieri of having beaten him and insulted him. They mistook him for a pusher. On the case file there’s written “Emmanuel [the name of the boy] nigger”.

Angry with behaviour of such vileness?! Don’t be surprised because we deserve it. What could we expect from Maroni? And from a party which used for the electoral campaign manifests like this:

see above!

the first means: Guess who is the last? For the rights on house, work, health system: Weak up!

the second means: They underwent immigration. Now they live inside reservation: Think about it!

Cliches in abundance, lack of respect and ignorance!

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Italy has never been so safe!

Paese che vai, idioti che trovi….

Ennesimo caso di razzismo…purtroppo a Genova, la mia città.

La vittima un ragazzo angolano che passeggiava a Nervi in compagnia di una ragazza.

Cammina cammina i due incappano in un gruppo di otto ragazzi evidentemente annoiati dalla vita:

Stasera ho voglia di picchiare qualcuno. Guarda sta passando uno sporco negro…quasi mi sfogo con lui. Puzzi, lo sai negro? Te ne devi tornare al tuo paese, in Africa. Ti ammazzo

Parte l’aggressione a calci e pugni…ma visto che, poverini, in otto forse non riuscivano a colpirlo con la debita forza altri cinque ligi cittadini si sono uniti per aiutare i compatrioti in difficoltà…

La ragazza riesce a chiamare la polizia e l’impavido gruppo di fieri italiani cosa fa? Ovvio, se la dà a gambe tanto da non vederli più neanche in cartolina…

Il ragazzo afferma:

È stato terribile. Mi arrivavano colpi da ogni parte. Al volto, alle gambe, all’addome. Non riuscivo a respirare, non vedevo nulla. E poi gli insulti, terribili. Non voglio neppure ripeterli. Cosa ho pensato in quel momento? Solo a non cadere, a rimanere in piedi. Se fossi finito a terra probabilmente a quest’ora non sarei qui a raccontare questa storia

A proposito, il ragazzo è il figlio di un dirigente del ministero del’Innovazione dell’Angola che pure studia alla facoltà d’ Economia e Commercio di Genova…

Un’altra pietosa figura…ma quando si estinguerà il razzismo?! Che vergogna…

The victim is a boy from Angola walking in Nervi with a girl.

Step by step the two run into a group of eight guys clearly bored by life:

This evening I feel like beating someone. Look a dirty nigger is coming…I’m tempted to take it out on him. You stink, don’t you know it nigger? You’ve to come back to your country, in Africa. I’ll kill you.

The assault with kicks and punches starts…but seeing that, poor ‘em, maybe only in eight they couldn’t beat him properly, five more abiding citizens gathered to help the fellow countrymen in trouble…

The girl managed to call the police and what did the brave group of proud Italians do? Sure, they hooked it…

The guy claims:

It was terrible. There were knocks hitting me from everywhere. In the face, legs, belly. I couldn’t breath, I didn’t see anything. And then the insults, terrible. I don’t want even to repeat them. What did I think in that moment? Only not to fall, to keep on standing. If I would have fallen down, probably I wouldn’t be here telling this story.

By the way, the guy is the son of an executive of the Angola Innovation minister and he studies in the Economics University in Genoa…

Another shameful impression…but when will be racism killed off? How embarassing…

Senza Parole…

Alemanno ha dichiarato che ha intenzione di intitolare una via a Craxi, una a Fanfani, una a Almirante e una a Berlinguer.

Si, avete letto bene…

Bettino Craxi: L’uomo con altissimo senso dello stato, che preferì scappare in Tunisia piuttosto che sottoporsi a un processo. Vale la pena ricordare che proprio l’MSI ( di cui Alemanno faceva parte), insieme alla Lega, era uno dei partiti che prendeva le distanze dalla cosidetta “prima repubblica”. Tanto da aggredire verbalmente ( ‘Ladri ladri’…che faccia!) i colleghi parlamentari, quando venne negata l’autorizzazione a procedere nei confronti di Craxi nel processo Mani Pulite.

Giorgio Almirante: Fasciste e razzista. Questo basterebbe, ma aggiungiamo due citazioni:

il razzismo è il più vasto e coraggioso riconoscimento di sé che l’Italia abbia mai tentato. Chi teme ancor oggi che si tratti di un’imitazione straniera non si accorge di ragionare per assurdo: perché è veramente assurdo sospettare che il movimento inteso a dare agli italiani una coscienza di razza […] possa servire ad un asservimento ad una potenza straniera

Noi vogliamo essere, e ci vantiamo di essere, cattolici e buoni cattolici. Ma la nostra intransigenza non tollera confusioni di sorta […] Nel nostro operare di italiani, di cittadini, di combattenti – nel nostro credere, obbedire, combattere – noi siamo esclusivamente e gelosamente fascisti. Esclusivamente e gelosamente fascisti noi siamo nella teoria e nella pratica del razzismo

Questo paese ha ormai perso la memoria, non solo quella a lungo termine, ma ancor peggio quella a breve termine. Sono senza parole.

Chicca finale: la svolta totalitarista si è manifestata già al primo consiglio comunale, che si è chiuso senza dare l’opportunità all’opposizione di parlare.

Anche qui ogni commento mi pare superfluo.

Bettino Craxi: man with an incredibly high sense of state who preferred to fly away in Tunisia rather than going through a trial. It’s worth reminding that the MSI (Alemanno wa a member ofit)[see the post “” to understand was MSI is], together with the Lega Nord, was one of the parties holding off from the so-called “first republic” (Fascist regime). At an extent to insult (“Thieves, thieves”…what a cheek!) their colleagues, members of Parliament, when the authorization to proceed against Craxi in the Clean Hands trial was rejected.

Giorgo Almirante: Fascist and racist. This would be worth, but let’s add two statements:

Racism is widest and most courageous recognition of itself which Italy has never tried. Those who today fear that this is only a foreign imitation, don’t realize they are reasoning in an absurd way: because it’s really absurd to suspect the movement, which wants to give to Italy a racial conscience, can serve to an subservience to a foreign country. 

We want to be, and we boast about being, Catholics and good Catholics. But our intransigence doesn’t stand whatever confusions […]. In our actions as Italians, as citizens, as fighters – in our believing, obeying, fighting- we are exclusively and jealously fascists. Exclusively and jealously fascists are we in the theory and practice of racism.  

This country has by now lost its memory, not only the long-term one but, and it’s even worse, the short-term one. I’m speechless.

Icing on the cake: the totalitarian change turned out right during the first municipal council which was closed down without giving the chance to the opposition to speak.
